From April 15th till September 15th, reservations can have a maximum of 14 days per site. Back-to-back 14-day stays are permissible, given that guests change sites between reservations. The RV sites at Palm Springs Oasis RV Resort are pretty simple and close together. These are concrete pads surrounded by gravel which is great as it keeps the dust and dirt down. We saw a LOT of RVs with tires off the ground or massive stacks of leveling blocks to get level.
One night we counted no less than 8 of them, and they are the size of a silver dollar at least. The dog park is absolutely disgusting due to others not cleaning up after their dogs, smells of urine, dog waste bin overflowing, and extremely muddy at night. We have a trial Thousand Trails membership and the Oasis is an encore property in their camping pass. The park is basic and that’s ok but the site was super sloped so hard to level.

The Verizon signal was okay, we could stream and work, although at times it was slow. Our main issue was how loud it is, the amount of motorcycles, sirens, and just constant loud traffic was annoying and went on all day and night. The spots were very and there was not any grass for our dogs. We moved to Shadowhills RV Resort and loved it…great place for us and the dogs. Very nice place, well maintained, but no security gate to get in.

Amenities at Palm Springs Oasis RV Resort
One side was completely empty so don’t understand why they don’t space rvs out. It’s under the airport landing path but the worst part was the shower. Lots of parks in Palm Springs so we’ll be going somewhere else next time. Site is well maintained, no picnic tables provided. Be prepared for tires floating in the air and bring your leveling blocks.
They email the assigned site a few days before check in. When we arrived, I went into the office and it was completely dark with no one inside, so we just went to the site. The next day I went into the office again, and same thing, no one there. The place was pretty empty, except some permanent residents and the occasional camper for a few days.

The amenities they did have were nice and well kept but there isn’t a playground and there were no kids other than ours. There are two large pools, one hot tub, and a horse shoe pit. Cellular coverage with our T-Mobile phones and cellular router were OK, but not as good as we might have hoped, being closer to the city. We didn’t run a speed check, nor were we using other cellular carriers on this trip to compare. The RV park does offer WIFI (and cable) but we didn’t use it.
But it was usually muddy in the mornings from the sprinklers, so there was a lot of washing his paws to keep the RV clean. The official ‘dog walk’ area to take your pups out to relieve themselves is on the grassy area outside the park. It’s on busy Gerald Ford Drive, which isn’t ideal.
Having been here in the rain though, probably for the best. Neighborhood is clean and safe; not a bad trip from Palm Springs. Tight space, not a lot of cover, great for solar and SAT systems. First are the Standard sites which can accommodate RVs over 38 feet long. The smaller back-in sites for RVs less than 32 feet long are called Value sites. I believe all sites have full hookups with 50 amp power. In the Palm Springs area, there us no shortage of excellent dining and nightlife, from karaoke and drag shows to concerts, theaters, and museums.
